Youth Mental Health First Aid is the help provided to a young person developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening mental health condition, or having a mental health crisis.

It is essential for young and vulnerable members of our community to receive proper care and support in their formative years. It takes a village, right?

The first aid is given until appropriate professional treatment is received or the crisis is resolved.
